As a growing company with currently 45 employees, we are looking for a communicative and dedicated
B2B Manager / Business Development (m/f/d) Part-time and Parental Leave Cover for 1.5 Years
for our marketing team at our headquarters in Hamburg, starting as soon as possible.
You are passionate about sales and primarily responsible for generating new and maintaining key account B2B sales cooperations to generate additional revenue for YogaEasy. You operate in the areas of corporate fitness, health insurance companies, and yoga studios. The position is designed for 20-25 hours per week and is limited to 1.5 years.
You will
- You are responsible for revenue growth in this important area
- Your sales territory is the DACH region, and you support our English-speaking colleagues in B2B partner acquisition
- You manage our existing B2B cooperations (Key Accounting)
- You further develop our B2B marketing approaches and business segments and implement strategies to expand the market
- You accompany and supervise the implementation of ideas - from test cases to market introduction
- You are part of our fantastic marketing team
What you bring to the table
- Successfully completed degree or vocational training
- Several years of experience in sales, cooperations, business development
- Experience in selling digital products
- High affinity for the yoga/health industry
- Experience in developing new business approaches with cooperation partners and ability to implement projects across teams
- Familiarity with creating reports, affinity for numbers, and always keeping an eye on your KPIs
- Strong intrinsic motivation to generate revenue
- Communication & negotiation skills (fair and effective)
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
