About the team

Our Transformation & Change team in Audit & Assurance is on an amazing mission! Every day we work to digitally transform and future proof our business by implementing innovative tools and improve our ways of working as well as core business processes. We are a young team of approx. 20 talents working across multiple initiatives in both Denmark and across the Nordics. In the team, you will work together with a group of passionate project managers on implementing global transformation & change programs and driving local prioritized projects. As part of the team, you will work in a dynamic environment and contribute to high-impact projects.

Job Description

As a business analyst in this role, you will take on a variety of tasks giving you a broad exposure to many different aspects of our project portfolio. You will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders of all levels of the organization, gaining valuable experience in stakeholder management and collaboration across teams. Additionally, you will be part of a team focused on project management, implementation, change and adoption, allowing you to deepen your expertise in these fields. The role offers great flexibility and exposure to our business but also requires that you take ownership of your work and drive your own deliverables independently. You will be part of a social network of fellow students and other colleagues, where social activities play an integral role. Finally, you will have the opportunity to join the social committee and contribute to planning future events within the business area.

In this role, you will make an impact by:

  • Supporting projects with the setup and execution of a wide range of project management disciplines, such as planning, risk management, stakeholder management, reporting, etc.
  • Supporting AI initiatives through knowledge-sharing, tool adoption, testing AI solutions, and creating material.
  • Creating slide decks and assisting in preparing and coordinating meetings and workshops.
  • Supporting the maintenance and improvement of internal auditing tools, including ensuring accuracy in data management, tracking progress, and refining processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Various ad hoc tasks including assisting with booking and coordinating team, department, and project meetings.

Qualifications

You are in the first or second year of your bachelor’s degree and ready to work an average of 15 hours a week with flexibility during exam periods. The specific field of study is not important to us, but it is essential that you are proactive, take ownership of your tasks and open to handle multiple different tasks at the same time.

What you bring to the team:  

  • Excellent visual communication skills.
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and are comfortable working with IT. 
  • You have a general interest in transformation, project and change management.
  • You are a strong team player and easily build new relationships.
  • A can-do attitude and structured approach to delivering high-quality results.
  • You want to work with business development and communication.
