As the Business Development Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and strong connection in a specific industry, preferbally Financial Institution and Technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends to position the company competitively.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Prospect and acquire new clients through targeted outreach and relationship building.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional service and understanding client needs.
Team Leadership:
- Develope a high-performing business development team, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
- āCollaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of successful experience in sales, with a proven track record in Business Development.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
