Project Oversight & Deliverables

  • Send reminders to the team and clients regarding upcoming deadlines and deliverable timelines to ensure seamless progress.
  • Create visibility into project status for executive leadership by providing a weekly digest summarizing project updates, milestones, and any key risks or roadblocks.

Team Support & Resource Management

  • Serve as the team’s primary support resource by answering questions, troubleshooting challenges, and ensuring all team members have what they need to succeed.
  • Manage team capacity, set clear goals, and adjust assignments as needed to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Assistant and team to prioritize, create, and maintain SOPs. Ensure that documentation remains up-to-date and reflects current processes, whether by drafting SOPs directly or assigning and reviewing them for quality and consistency.
