Job Summary: As a Tech Recruiter, you’ll develop recruiting strategies, source candidates, and manage the hiring process. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you'll help attract top tech talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Create innovative strategies to attract tech talent.
Source candidates using open-source tools, not paid job boards.
Conduct screenings and interviews for skills and cultural fit.
Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
Continue to engage with clients, schedule interviews, solicit and act on feedback and at the end of the day, ensure mutual win:win

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills and ability to manage priorities.
Self-driven - If I have to follow up or monitor every other minute, I'd rather do the job myself.
Tech recruiting experience, ideally in startups will be a PLUS.
Strong understanding of tech roles.
