1. College Outreach & Tie-ups:
o Visit colleges and universities to identify opportunities for collaboration and
partnership.
o Present and promote our products and services to college administrators, faculty
members, and decision-makers.
o Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to drive adoption of our solutions.
2. Seminars and Workshops:
o Organize and conduct engaging seminars, workshops, and presentations to
showcase our offerings to students, faculty, and college management.
o Provide insightful demonstrations of our products and explain how they can
enhance the learning experience.
o Build relationships with key academic stakeholders to increase product awareness.
3. Lead Generation & Relationship Management:
o Generate and manage leads through direct outreach, referrals, and follow-ups.
o Build and maintain long-term relationships with educational institutions and key
decision-makers.
o Stay up-to-date with industry trends and educational needs to offer the most
relevant solutions.
4. Market Research:
o Conduct on-the-ground research to understand the needs and preferences of the
academic institutions.
o Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on market trends, competitor
activities, and customer needs.
5. Reporting & Documentation:
o Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, and progress on college tie-up
initiatives.
o Provide regular reports on sales activity, target achievements, and market feedback.
6. Collaboration:
o Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and
objectives.
o Provide insights and suggestions for improvements to product offerings based on
customer feedback and market insights.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in field sales, preferably in the education sector or
technology-related sales.
Skills:
o Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
o Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in any field. Prior experience or interest in education and
technology is a plus.
Travel: Must be willing to travel frequently within the assigned region to visit colleges and
universities.
Preferred Attributes:
Familiarity with EdTech products and digital learning tools.
Knowledge of the academic structure, decision-making processes, and pain points in
educational institutions.
Previous experience in conducting educational seminars, workshops, or product demos is a
plus.
Well-versed in the local language and must possess a two-wheeler for daily commute.
