Our client, a company in the
logistics and transportation industry, is looking for a
Lead Generation Specialist to support their sales efforts by identifying and qualifying potential leads through cold calling. This role also involves uploading leads into Basecamp and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is
proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in making outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to potential leads to introduce the clientโs services and assess interest.
- Identify key decision-makers and gather relevant business information.
- Upload and manage lead data in Basecamp, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Follow up on leads through calls and emails as needed.
- Collaborate with the clientโs team to refine lead-generation strategies.
- Meet daily and weekly lead targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, or sales.
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Experience using Basecamp or similar project management tools (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and meet set goals.
- Resilience and confidence when handling objections.
- Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
