This is a remote position.


DAFT Company, LLC is a reputable outsourcing company supplying premium staff of all industries to scale and revolutionize their businesses. We're looking for a Business Development Representative to join our growing team.


Agent Responsibilities:


  • Utilize HubSpot and other CRM tools to manage and nurture leads, track interactions, and coordinate follow-up activities.
  • Leverage social media platforms to promote client’s coaching services, engage with potential clients, and drive attendance to seminars and events.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools to identify and research potential leads within target industries and segments.
  • Apply data mining techniques using platforms like Apollo.io and ZoomInfo.io to gather relevant information on potential clients and decision-makers.



Requirements

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSA):

  • Previous experience with HubSpot CRM *MUST
  • Experience in lead generation, preferably within the coaching or consulting industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and experience implementing social media marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Trello, and Monday.com for task management and collaboration.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales prospecting tools to identify and qualify leads.
  • Experience in data mining and research to gather insights and information on potential clients.
