Pat-Tees is a fast-growing screen printing and embroidery company located in Taylor, MI. We specialize in custom apparel for schools, businesses, youth sports teams, and more. As we gear up for our busy season, we’re looking for an energetic and motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers from a provided list

• Clearly explain the benefits of Pat-Tees’ custom printing and embroidery services

• Build positive and lasting relationships with potential clients

• Track and document call interactions and outcomes

• Meet or exceed established call and sales targets

Ideal Candidate

• Preferably resides in Michigan to facilitate calling local businesses, but not required

• No prior experience necessary—we're looking for anyone who’s motivated and ready to learn!

• Currently enrolled in college is preferred, especially those majoring in communications

• Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable making cold calls

• Self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Quick learner who can work independently and with minimal supervision

• Tech-savvy and able to use a phone calling app and email effectively

Training & Support

We provide a brief, one-day training and onboarding session to set you up for success. You will have access to our phone calling app and a dedicated email account.
