We are in need of a Part Time BDC Representative at our Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership in Franklin. Under the direction of the Sales Manager, the BDC Rep will own the job duties listed below:
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer sales inquiries in a timely manner
- Answer inbound sales calls and handle accordingly
- Make 25+ outbound calls/day
- Send 25+ emails/day
- Send 25+ texts/day
- Schedule, confirm and reschedule sales appointments
- Provide excellent customer service
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets and deadlines
Requirements
- Must have BDC experience
- Vin Solutions expert
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Detail-Oriented
- Focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual is a plus

Compensation: Hourly base wage plus commission
