PT Outbound Sales Advisor

Utopian Professional Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client located in Rutherglen who are looking to expand their sales team with a Part Time Outbound Sales Advisor.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who offers strong customer service experience, enjoys building rapport and looking for a role which suits with their busy life!

If you are open to expanding your career and developing your skills within sales, or possibly looking to fit work around your family. You will receive full training and be part of a highly successful team, which provide lots of support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• You will make outbound calls to potential new clients
  
• Lead generation, qualify leads and create appointments for field sales staff
  
• Keep up to date on all products and services available to clients
  
• Work towards individual and team targets
  
• Update and maintain CRM system.
  
• Use open questions to create opportunities 
  

To be considered for this opportunity, our client does require the following background / experience:

• A background from a similar role is preferred but not essential
  
• Confidence to open up conversations and work towards creating appointments
  
• Approachable with a natural positive outlook
  
• Friendly and personable telephone manner
  
• Comfortable working towards targets
  
• Ability to manage objections
  
• Good attention to detail
  
• Proactive and able to work without direction
