Overview:
CyberLinx Solutions LLC is seeking a part-time Federal Business Development Analyst to support its business development efforts and assist in developing a strategic federal business pipeline. The ideal candidate will play a key role in researching, analyzing, and executing business development initiatives to expand CyberLinx Solutions’ footprint in the federal contracting space.
Key Responsibilities:
Market & Business Analysis:
- Conduct competitive analysis to assess CyberLinx’s position in the federal marketplace.
- Analyze federal procurement trends, spending data, and service codes to identify target agencies and contracts.
- Evaluate prime contracting experience, subcontracting opportunities, and teaming partners.
- Assess socio-economic certifications (e.g., SDVOSB, DBE, 8(a)) for strategic positioning.
- Perform SWOT analysis to determine strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in federal contracting.
Federal Business Development & Pipeline Management:
- Develop and maintain a prioritized pipeline of government contracts, identifying short-, mid-, and long-term opportunities.
- Research contracting vehicles (GSA Schedules, GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs) and determine CyberLinx’s eligibility and positioning.
- Identify and engage with decision-makers, procurement officers, and key stakeholders within federal agencies.
- Monitor Sources Sought Notices, Requests for Information (RFIs), and pre-solicitation notices to assess opportunities.
Proposal Development & Marketing Strategy:
- Assist in the creation and refinement of capability statements, white papers, and proposal content tailored to federal clients.
- Support the response to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, including bid/no-bid decision-making.
- Leverage federal business intelligence tools such as SAM.gov, GSA eBuy, and FPDS to identify and track opportunities.
- Enhance CyberLinx’s federal marketing presence through targeted outreach, networking, and event participation.
Teaming & Partnership Development:
- Identify and establish strategic teaming agreements with prime contractors and small business partners.
- Research and facilitate participation in mentor-protégé programs and joint ventures.
- Track incumbent contract holders and assess re-compete opportunities.
