We specialize in helping companies worldwide hire highly skilled remote talent in tech, finance, marketing, operations, and more. What You'll Be Doing:
- Cold call and reach out to potential clients in the UK, US, and AU, introducing them to Bamboo Works’ staffing and recruitment solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships with businesses looking to hire remote talent.
- Execute email marketing campaigns to engage and convert leads.
- Leverage your own network to identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement new sales strategies to attract and retain clients, including LinkedIn outreach or other creative approaches.
- Work closely with the founders to refine and optimize the sales process.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in sales & business development in the staffing & recruitment industry or outsourcing & offshoring sector.
- A strong communicator with excellent English skills, capable of building relationships and closing deals.
- Proactive and self-motivated, comfortable working in a startup environment where you can take ownership and drive results.
- Creative and strategic thinker who can experiment with new ways to generate leads and convert clients.
