Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead - Field Sales. As a Team Lead - Field Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Field sales representatives, driving sales initiatives, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the IT industry and its products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Lead and manage a team of field sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their performance and productivity.
  
• Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  
• Set clear sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, monitoring progress, and implementing corrective actions as needed. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to align sales efforts and enhance the overall customer experience.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities. Market gaps, and product improvement areas.
  
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the senior management team, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
  
  

Requirements

•  Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  
•  Experience in leading Field sales team (2-3 Years)
  
•  Proven experience in field sales preferably in a SaaS environment.
  
•  Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse sales team.
  
•  Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and funnel management(CRM).
  
•  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members, clients, and stakeholders
  
• Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  
• Quick learner with the ability to understand and articulate complex SaaS solutions.
  
• Results-oriented mind-set with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
