The Challenge 

Enterprise automation is at a turning point. Companies have spent years accumulating fragmented tools and disconnected workflows. Now they need technical leaders who can envision and architect cohesive, intelligent solutions that scale. 

The Role 

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you'll be the technical strategist behind the sale of multi-million-dollar transformation initiativesYou'll do the following to drive Tungsten Automation revenue 

  • Architect and demonstrate enterprise solutions that combine cognitive capture, RPA, and advanced AI based on customer requirement discoveries that you lead. 

  • Design and evangelize technical approaches that make complex automation simple and scalable 

  • Work with customers to uncover needs and share feedback with our product team to help shape platform capabilities 

  • Create innovative solutions using LLMs and emerging AI technologies to showcase platform capabilities to prospective customers. 

  • Build Return on Investment pro formas that illustrate the value of the solution to customers. 

  • Assist in the creation of marketing and enablement content for your assigned solutions. 

  • Match Tungsten Automation’s capabilities to customer requirements in solicitation requests. 

Required Skills

  • Expertise in modern development tools (Python, JavaScript, CSS/HTML/XML, C#/.NET) 

  • Hands-on experience implementing, demonstrating or selling AI/ML solutions 

  • Understanding of enterprise workflow systems 

  • Data science background 

  • System architecture and integration mastery 

  • Vertical expertise for at least one industry
